For shame on me I have been lazy. But with good excuse. Well sorta. I hadn't done anyting since like Wed or Thurs. Maybe Friday cause I have been uber sick.
So........ I did weigh in this morning as usual to find I had lost another 2 pounds. Yay!!!!!!!! I'm down to 153 go me. Only like 28 more to go or something like that. No running today cause my body is still screaming from the fever over the weekend. Just yoga.
So here's my plan for the rest of the week....
Tuesday 1/13- Treadmill
Speed 2.5 5 min warm up
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 6.0 05 min
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 2.5 5 min warm down
Wednesday 1/14- yoga
Thursday 1/15- Treadmill
Speed 2.5 5 min warm up
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 6.0 05 min
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 2.5 5 min warm down
Friday 1/16- yoga
Saturday 1/17- treadmill
Speed 2.5 5 min warm up
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 6.0 05 min
Speed 4.0 15 min
Speed 2.5 5 min warm down
