Shame On Me

I feel so horrible right now because I've been so lazy the last 2 days. I was so sore in my stomach and shoulder muscles yesterday I chose to be lazy and not go to the gym. I did, however, go and buy a new yoga dvd. Although by the quiet time in which I could manage to do it I was so emotionally drained I really didn't feel the need to open it.

Today I was suppose to do my treadmill and what not but unfortunately I had an appt with the kids during my gym time so I did not make it. By the time we got back to town and they got to school it was time for little mans lunch and naptime. I think I need to adjust my gym time by an hour. That way no matter what I have on that day I can get my time in.

Tomorrow is my yoga day and I'm looking forward to not only checking out the new one but seeing how far I can get in the old one. Each day I work I have found that I can get a little farther without my body screaming at me.

Saturday is again a running day and I'm excited to announce that I will be doing it because our little gym we have has a little area with a door that the kids can play in. I'm a little scared due to the fact that some of my kids are a bit crazy but at the same time I need to make up for being lazy the last few days. Anywho part of my training is to get the proper amount of rest so I'm off to take my tired behind to bed.
